Early redesign of the send flow

In one of our first building weeks, we reworked the four-step flow for sending a letter — write, address, choose shipping speed, pay — for clarity, with plainer delivery-time estimates and a smarter address step.

The footer also grew real payment-network marks in place of plain text, so it’s obvious up front what you can pay with.
