Privacy

We run a mail service, not a data business. Here is the entire picture:

What we collect

• Your document — stored encrypted, used solely to print your letter, deleted 30 days after delivery.
• Addresses — printed on the envelope and kept in the order record.
• Email (optional) — used for receipts and delivery updates only. No marketing without separate consent.
• Payment — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
• Screening records — the automated verdict (categories, not your prose) is retained for audit and legal compliance.

What we never do

• Sell, share, or advertise against your data.
• Use your letters to train anything.
• Keep document files past the 30-day operational window.

Processors

Stripe (payments), our print-fulfillment partner (receives the rendered PDF and addresses to physically produce your letter), our cloud infrastructure provider (encrypted storage), an email delivery provider (receipts), and an AI provider for the automated content screen (letter text is processed transiently and not used for training).

Requests

Deletion or data-access requests: help@sendpaperplane.com. Note we must retain minimal order and audit records for tax and legal purposes even after deleting your documents.
